Influenza Vaccinations

Call the Fairbury Clinic at 402-729-3361 to make an appointment for an influenza vaccine only. If you are making a regular clinic appointment and would like your influenza vaccine at that time you can let the scheduler know you would like your influenza vaccination at your appointment.

Handicap Parking Permits

For handicap permits — new and renewals:

Call 402-729-3361, and press option 2 for patient services.

Patient services will coordinate with your primary care provider.

Renewals are now completed online and do not require a paper application from the patient.

  • Instructions will be given.

    Depending on symptoms, in some cases a patient may be asked to call upon arrival and wait in their car until a nurse brings them in.

  • Friday - 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

  • Tuesday, Dec. 24 - Christmas Eve - 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • Wednesday, Dec. 25 - Christmas Day - Closed
  • Tuesday, Dec. 31 - New Year’s Eve - 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2025 - New Year’s Day - Closed

Address

History

The clinic was incorporated under the name The Fairbury Clinic P.C., in 1975, but there was a Fairbury Clinic for many years before the incorporation. The building at the current location was built in 1967 and expanded in 1998. The clinic joined the Jefferson Community Health & Life team July 1, 2016, when the clinic was purchased by Jefferson Community Health & Life.

When calling the family medicine clinic, explain the nature of the medical need. Same day appointments are available for health concerns that need to be addressed right away.
